Hip-Hop Culture Exhibit at Toronto Public Library

NYC’s Universal Hip Hop Museum won’t open until 2023, but in the meantime, the Toronto Reference Library has a similarly themed exhibit. “For The Record: An Idea Of The North” uses mixed media to put a spotlight on DJs and soundsystems in hip-hop culture and their significance to Toronto’s music scene.

The exhibit is on display until April 28, with free guided tours on Tuesday afternoons. More details on the Toronto Public Library’s page: link.
